It will be very difficult to trouble shoot any problems the drivers might have or cause, and create problems or become totally useless whenever you have any system updates. With 10.7 on the way in the future, I wouldn't care to put buggy trickly installation junk in my OS. Their newer "Nostromo" device (also made by Belkin) doesn't have any Mac drivers at all.

If you open activity monitor, you should see the process n52teHelper and this process should run at boot-up (check your accounts log-in items). Right click on the installer to Show Package Contents, copy the file to your HD, expand this file, expand the folders, then double-click the file "n52te Editor.prefPane" in the archive. Manually reinstall the prefpane "n52te Editor.prefPane" by getting a copy from the installer (n52te Editor.pkg) again. That means that the process "n52teHelper" is not loaded. You will probably get the message "n52te not connected". Open the prefpane "n52te editor" and go to the Device tab.
